How can you tell whether your horse is fast enough?
Well, type in your horse's performance and this handy little tool will tell you if the time was good enough to win or podium in the same grade races at the same distance under the same conditions across different types of race. I included Allowances but I am not sure how to factor in weight allowance - but we are just going to have to wing that bit for now!
Juvenile Horses (2yo)
These benchmarks are based on performances since season 17 onwards. Some of the smaller archetypes benchmarks are getting faster (marginally), the larger ones, not so much. So over time these benchmarks will be updated. The times here are based on the average winning and podium times. Remember coming 3rd in a 4 horse race is still a podium. Off-preferences (ie a dirt horse running a turf race) are excluded from the benchmarks.
